2007 was also a bad year in the career. On 11 January 2007, the Miss Great Britain company revealed that Lloyd was being sued for breaking her contract and bringing the company into disrepute. It also claimed that the company is asking for full revelation of the sums she earned for the Playboy pictures, plus costs.

In 2010, Lloyd's Miss Great Britain 2006 title was reinstated. The company stated that it was their fault that she had appeared in Playboy, rather than her own. The company fell sorry for that and gave her trophy back.
Joined Celebrity Big Brother
On 3 January 2007, Lloyd joined Celebrity Big Brother. During this series, she received significant negative publicity when thousands of complaints were filed against her with Ofcom. She, Jade Goody, and Jo O'Meara were accused of bullying and making racist remarks towards Shilpa Shetty.
