16 Migrants Killed and 17 Injured in a Vehicle Crash in Morocco

Negligence has killed more people than anything. And here is a recent report that suggests a similar incident; a vehicle crash between the coastal cities of Saidia and Nador has led to the death of 16 peoples and 17 are injured.

As per the report, 16 migrants from countries in Sub-Saharan Africa trying to enter Europe became the victims of the fatal accident.

Likewise, another crash into an irrigation canal on Saturday led to the injury of another 17 people. Shortly after the incident, the victims were taken to Berkane Provincial Hospital, however, the driver of the vehicle has reportedly fled after the accident.

Well, the investigation on what was the cause of the accident and the situation under which passengers were traveling in under process according to the public prosecutor.

As per the available reports, the victims were reportedly African migrants who were trying to enter Europe through Morocco which is the main transit for African migrants. The authority has not provided the details and identities of the victims involved in the accident.
