49-year-old American actress Tisha Campbell-Martin is all set to divorce her husband, 52-year-old Duane Martin, after more than two and a half decades of marriage.
Campbell-Martin became a household name in the States with her role as Gina on the '90s sitcom Martin. She also performed the role of Jay on the ABC series My Wife and Kids. Tisha recently performed as the grandmother of American Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles in The Simone Biles Story: Courage to Soar, which detailed the rise of the athlete from aspiring gymnast to an Olympic gold medalist.
Tisha Campbell-Martin has filed for divorce from her husband of 27 years Duane Martin
The actress said in a statement on Thursday,
After 27 years of being together and two amazing children, it pains me to announce that I've filed for divorce.
Tisha further added,
It's an emotional time and I graciously ask for privacy for me, our children and the rest of our family.

Tisha and Duane, who has acted in series like Deliver Us From Eva and Real Husbands of Hollywood, got married in 1996. The two were in a relationship for six years before tying the knot.
Tisha and Duane are parents to two sons, 16-year-old Xen and 8-year-old Ezekial, from their marriage.
It was in in April 2016 that the pair made their final public appearance together.
