Maria Celeste Arrarás (born September 27, 1960) is a Puerto Rican actress and journalist. She is also the host and producer of Spanish language news program, Al Rojo Vivo. She was born in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico to politician, sports leader, lawyer, and educator José Enrique Arrarás. She is one of seven children born to her parents. She attended Loyola University of New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she majored in communications and public relations. During her childhood day, she was also interested in swimming.

Arrarás is a married woman. She has been married three times. She was married to Manny Arvesu in 1996. They together have two children named, Julian and Lara Giuiliana. They divorced in 2004. She then married Raul Quintana in 2012 and she currently lives in Miami with her three children. She also had lots of love affairs. She was also one of the first Latina celebrities to adopt a child from an orphanage in Eastern Europe, when she and her former husband Manny Arvesu adopted a one-year-old Russian boy in 2000. They changed his name from Vadim to Adrian. Arrarás is also a writer, and has authored several books. She started her broadcasting career when she was employed by local Puerto Rican television station Channel 24 as a reporter. She was then hired by the New York Telemundo affiliate WNJU as a reporter.
