Franck Henry Pierre Ribery is a professional footballer from France. He currently plays football for German club Bayern Munich. He is also a former national team player of France. Frank Ribery was born in Boulogne-sur-Mer, France. He along with his parents had a car accident when he was just two years old. He had serious injuries and had more than hundred stitches along his right side of the face. He worked as a construction worker with his father before joining Stade Brestois. He has two younger brothers François and Steven who are also football players.

Ribery is married to his wife Wahiba Ribery in 2004. They have four children altogether. Out of them, two are daughters named Hiziya and Shahinez and the remaining are sons named Salif and Mohammed. Ribery converted to Islam and adopted the name, Bilal Yusuf Mohammed. He does not have any extra-marital affair and girlfriends. There is no news of their divorce too. In 2005 he joined Ligue 1 club Marseille and had a debut on 30 July 2005 in a 2–0 defeat to Bordeaux. He started wearing number 7 shirt and scored his first goal for the club in their 2–1 victory over Troyes. He was seen in good form in that season.

Geman Club Bayern Munich announced on 7 June 2007 that they have reached an agreement with Marseille for Ribery with a four-year deal and record deal of €25 million pay. Ribéry was given the number 7 shirt. He  made his competitive debut for Bayern on 21 July 2007 against Werder Bremen and scored twice too.
