Fans and Celebs Disbelief; Chester Hung himself just like his Close Friend Chris Cornell; Videos
Two gems lost in a couple of months. The whole world was just getting over the death of Audioslave vocalist, Chris Cornell when another death news of Linkin Park Frontman, Chester Bennington hit our ear. We can't immediately believe what we hear on the news, maybe just another celebrity death hoax, can't confirm anything unless we see the dead body, that's what we thought.
One by one we got answers to all our questions, and we were proven wrong. Indeed, the world lost another great artist. Chester Bennington hung himself to death on Thursday 20th July at a private residence in Los Angeles County. Just hours after LP released their latest music video "Talking to Myself", the news of Bennington's death circulated the media.
We all know Cornell and Chester were best of friends and Chester even wrote an open letter to Cornell after his demise.

The 41 years old vocalist, regarded as one of the greatest is loved all over the world, and his death has left everyone numb. Sadness, disbelief, annoyed, painful, we felt everything, but now we can do nothing.
Chris Cornell once said,
"There's sadness to anyone that dies before their time, and specifically ones that seem to affect people in a positive way. It doesn't matter if it's Whitney Houston or a nameless, faceless person on the street. That's just as big of a tragedy for me."
And the death of these incredibly talented people brought us immeasurable tragedy.
Bennington's death is said to be an apparent suicide, but an investigation is going on; however, no additional details are available till now.

Talking about his childhood when he was molested when he was just seven years old, he said,
"If I think back to when I was really young, to when I was being molested, to when all these horrible things were going on around me, I shudder,”
Also, talking about his mental health battles he spoke to Rock Sound,
“I literally hated life and I was like, ‘I don’t want to have feelings. I want to be a sociopath. I don’t want to do anything. I don’t want to care what other people feel like. I want to feel nothing.'”
His songs portrayed his thoughts, he once said,
"When I'm writing, I'm constantly thinking about myself, because it's the only experience I have to draw on. And I don't see an exact reflection of myself in every face in the audience, but I know that my songs have validity to them, and that's why the fans are there."

People are playing Bennington's songs on repeat mode and are trying to seek out the possible meaning of the lyrics. Once motivating songs are now sounding so hurtful. Just like his song,
"I'm holding on. Why is everything so heavy? I'm holding on. To so much more than I can carry."
This is what we are feeling right now.

Death was crawling under his skin, one step closer and closer. Bleeding him out, fainting him, making him numb, why is everything so heavy? But in the end, it didn't even matter coz he is now on the way somewhere he belonged.
Bennington's wife, Talinda has been pictured for the first time since her husband's death. She was pictured with her six-years-old twin daughters, Lilly and Lila, and was also seen hugging a young child, reported to a family member. Just hours after Bennington's death, pathetic tweets were targeted towards Talinda.

Linkin Park's band mate Mike Shinoda tweeted his reaction to his close friend's death saying he is shocked and heartbroken.
On Monday, 24th July 2017, Linkin Park issued a letter addressed to Chester Bennington concerning his death. The letter read,
“Our hearts are broken. The shockwaves of grief and denial are still sweeping through our family as we come to grips with what has happened,” the group said.
“Talking with you about the years ahead together, your excitement was infectious,” the letter continued. “Your absence leaves a void that can never be filled-a boisterous, funny, ambitious, creative, kind, generous voice in the room is missing. We’re trying to remind ourselves that the demons who took you away from us were always part of the deal.”
Mike, also on the same day, July 24th, shared an old photo on Instagram to honor Bennington. The photo was of the yet to be formed, Linkin Park. Mike shared his memory of the day and wrote,
“1997 or 1998 … I think this was the first photo we ever took together,”
“We had just told Chester that we wanted him to join the band. He said he was ready to move out from Arizona to L.A. We went to a pizza place near UCLA to hang out and talk about what to do next.”
“The band was called Xero at the time, and we probably had less than a half a dozen songs. No flame tattoos yet, no red hair yet, most of us were still in college.”

Here are some quotes from Late. Chester Bennington (1976-2017)
You're constantly trying to prove yourself, even after you've made it.
I have been able to tap into all the negative things that can happen to me throughout my life by numbing myself to the pain so to speak and kind of being able to vent it through my music.
I don't like to hold back, because that's how you hurt yourself.
I don't drink. I choose to be sober now. I have drunk over the last six years, but I just don't want to be that person anymore.
It's not cool to be an alcoholic.
