Emilie De Ravin Biography
An Australian actress, Emilie de Ravin was born in Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia, on December 27, 1981, Since she was interested in ballet, she started study same from the very young age of nine at Christa Cameron School of Ballet, in Melbourne. She enrolled into the Australian Ballet School at the age of fifteen, further, she moved to the Australia’s National Institute of Dramatic Art as a student of a movie.
De Ravin, started her career in 2004 with her first significant role as Curupira in Television series Beastmaster. She then appeared as a role of alien/human hybrid in a series, Roswell. She featured in Roswell at the age of 18, after Ravin moved to LA.
De Ravin further featured on the popular ABC drama, Lost, In 2005, where Ravin played as Emily Kostich, who was a drug addict. After a year, Ravin played a lead role in the movie, The Hills Have Eyes where she cast as Brenda Carter.
A 2009 movie, Don’t Lie, became the biggest hit of Ravin, which was premiered through Tribeca Film Festival, she also appeared other movies such as William Dear’s, The Perfect Game, Public Enemies as a bank teller, Barbara Patzke.
The actress connected with Josh Janowicz a fellow actor, after dating for three years, Josh finally proposed Emilie, to got married in 2003 in Melbourne, the proposal was openly welcomed by Emilie and tie a knot on 19th June 2003, in Melbourne, Australia.
Sadly, in June 2009 the couple filed divorce and legally separated in 1st November 2013.
After the separation with her fist husband, EmilieEric Bilitch, the couple gave birth to a daughter, Vra Audrey de Ravin Bilitch on 3 October 2015. After giving birth to her child De Ravin married to the father of her child on 6 July 2016 and living together happily.
