Multi talented Eddie Huang is the famous restaurateur, chef and food personality from United States. He is also known to be the writer and attorney. He is popular in the United States for being the owner of the BaoHaus, a sandwich shop. Eddie Huang was from the middle class family born as Edwyn Charles Huang in Washington, D.C., United States of America to Louis Huang and Jessica Huang. He is an American and his parents were from Taiwan.

Though Eddie has already established himself in United States, he has not revealed anything about his love affairs and married life. Till the end of October 2015, he is believed to be single.

Since Eddie grew up in United States, he was more influenced by African-American culture rather than his Chinese culture. He was also arrested twice when he was still young. He is the graduate of The University of Pittsburgh. He began his professional career as a lawyer in corporate law in New York City. In 2008, he was hired in a permanent basis in the Corporate Department but his job was taken away soon within few months due to financial crisis of 2007–08. Then he began his interest in comedy and began his career as a standup comedian, during that time he was also the marijuana dealer. His childhood dream was cooking so, in 2011, he opened his own restaurant in Manhattan.
