Christina Judith Perri (born on August 19, 1986) is an American singer-songwriter and musician. Her debut single "Jar of Hearts" went on to sell over 3 million copies in the United States and was a hit around the world. Perri was born in Bensalem, Pennsylvania to Mary and Dante Perri. She has an older brother, Nick Perri. She graduated from Archbishop Ryan High School in 2004.She taught herself how to play guitar. Perri frequently sang and acted in musical theatre as a child.
