Chelse Handler is an American comedian, writer, actor, television host, and producer born in Livingston, New Jersey, to a Mormon mother, Rita and an American-born Jewish father, Seymour handler. She grew up with her six siblings. Among them, she is the eldest. At age of 19, Chelsea moved from New Jersey to Los Angeles, California, to pursue acting. Handler belongs to white ethnicity and her nationality is American.
American actress Chelsea Handler lost her brother when she was 10. His death devastated her family however, the incident motivated her, even more, to strike out on her own as soon as she could. Later she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career as an actor and also worked as a waitress to support herself for a brief period of time. At the age of 21, she got arrested for drunk driving.
Handler who is known for her straightforward attitude made her television debut in 2001 through a reality show named spy TV where She portrayed herself as a hard-partying beauty with a sharp tongue. However, Handler rose to fame only after she appeared on the cable sketch comedy show, Girls Behaving Badly. Along with this, she has also appeared in several other movies and television series like Steam, Hop, Whitney and many other.

Moving on to her personal life, Handler dated Ted Harbert, who is the former CEO of Comcast Entertainment Group. The beautiful couple eventually broke up after dating each other for almost 4 years. Besides, she has also been rumored to be romantically involved with American Businessman Andre Balazs and rapper 50 cent.
